“Classica Homes” is synonymous with timeless architecture and beautiful, modern interiors. Most notably, Classica, a regional builder, utilizes the interior space of the home very wisely. Except for one, their house plans have the master suite on the main living area. All offer the option to upgrade the outdoor living area in a number of different configurations and materials. The outdoor area becomes an integral part of the home and its flow. Basement homes are available on suitable lots.
Let’s explore this further. First, these are high-end homes. Prices start in the $600,000s. These prices include a $40,000 upgrade/design allowance. A Classica design consultant helps you customize the home’s exterior and interior for your preferences. Classica provides a wide selection of lighting, flooring, closet configurations, bathroom fixtures and tiles, and bump-out sitting areas and windows, as well as allowing you to install some of your own purchased selections.
Classica purchases exceptional properties in the best locations. There’s no power lines going through these subdivisions as is so prevalent in our Duke Power region! Classica has multiple locations but these listed here have availability of new home sites: Lake Norman (Jetton Place), Concord, South Charlotte, Waxhaw, Lancaster SC, and coming soon, Fort Mill SC. The models you choose from are dictated by the subdivision. For example, Classica features its Sante Fe ranch plan in Concord, NC and Lancaster, SC. Lake Norman offers the Del Mar, Costa Mesa, and Big Sur (shown below). These are basically ranch homes with a bonus room, bath, and one or two bedrooms or study upstairs.
Jetton Place is located very near the 8-laned I77, 25 minutes to downtown Charlotte. It is next door to local shopping, dining, and Jetton Park with its hiking trails and dog-friendly paths. The collection of neighborhoods in this area are surrounded by water. This is lake-living at its best. Two private clubs round out the activities and offer meaningful friendships: Peninsula Club with golf, tennis, large pool, health club, and dining, and The Yacht Club with dining, pool, and sunset marina. Classica neighborhoods are governed by a home owners associations—documents available upon request.
Why it is important to have a Buyer’s Agent for new home construction
Contact Sharyn Brunk of Helen Adams Realty to act as your Buyer’s Agent. I will show you the full breadth of properties and help you make cost-effective selections in home sites and upgrades, and, most importantly, assist you in the careful review of the “builder” contracts. I will let you know where you could be exposed. I will keep an eye on the construction to make sure everything is progressing as planned. There is no cost for this service. Denying yourself this benefit does not reduce the price of your home. The cost of the buyer’s agent is covered by the builder’s marketing budget.
